The Cuban ambassador to Angola, Noemí Benítez y de Mendonza, on Saturday here handed over a message to the country`s Parliament Speaker for President José Eduardo dos Santos, in which Fidel Castro invites the Angolan Head of State to attend a meeting of the Non- Aligned Countries, which is scheduled for September this year.
